VNM Recruiting LLC ("VNM Recruiting," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of candidates, clients, prospective clients, and website visitors. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through vnmrecruiting.net, our careers pages, recruiting communications, and related services.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, résumé or CV, employment history, education, professional licenses, certifications, credentials, compensation expectations, work authorization, location preferences, availability, references, and other information you choose to provide during the recruiting process.

Clients and prospective clients may provide business contact information, hiring needs, job descriptions, interview feedback, and contractual or billing information. Our websites and service providers may also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and basic usage data.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.

How we use information

How information may be shared

We may share relevant candidate information with clients and prospective employers when evaluating a potential placement. We may also use service providers that support our recruiting operations, such as applicant-tracking and customer-relationship platforms, including TE Recruit, as well as email, scheduling, website-hosting, document-storage, communications, and security providers.

These providers may process information on our behalf under their own contractual and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer. VNM Recruiting does not sell personal information for money.

Applicant tracking and careers pages

Applications submitted through a VNM Recruiting careers page may be processed and stored through TE Recruit or another recruiting technology provider. Information submitted through those systems may be subject to both this policy and the provider’s applicable privacy and security practices.

Cookies and website data

Our websites and hosting providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site operation, security, performance, and basic analytics. You may manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain technologies may affect website functionality.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide recruiting services, maintain candidate and client relationships, satisfy legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may also ask us to stop contacting you about opportunities. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and certain information may be retained when required or permitted by law.

Our recruiting services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
