About this role
An independent community hospital in Sterling, Illinois is expanding its anesthesia team and seeking a board certified CRNA. This role offers substantial clinical autonomy, a supportive team, and a schedule designed to leave room for life outside work.
Schedule and practice
- Two 8-hour shifts and one 24-hour shift each week
- Weekday 24-hour shift includes 16 hours of out-of-house call
- Weekend 24-hour shift consists of out-of-house call
- Extra shifts available
- No neurosurgery, open-heart surgery, transplants, or bariatrics
Qualifications
- Board certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- CRNA experience preferred
- Experience with regional blocks preferred
Compensation, benefits & practice details
Annual salary is $329,888, with a robust benefits package. You’ll work alongside anesthesiologists and an established team of full-time and part-time CRNAs.
